Adele will be giving fans a holiday treat this year just in time for Christmas. Although she won't begin touring until she embarks on her UK and Ireland tour, the powerful British vocalist has shared the teaser trailer for her one-night stint at Radio City Music Hall. Adele Live in New York City will see its NBC debut on Dec. 14.
Just three days ahead of her third studio album, 25, Adele made her highly anticipated return to the New York stage. The show was exclusive, making tickets extremely hard to get in hand but for those who were in the "Hello" singer's presence, but for those unable to nab a golden ticket, Adele Live in New York City gives fans a chance to hear her belt out a number of tunes from her wildly successful new album.
25 has broken a number of records, seeing one of the most impressive album releases of all time. In the U.S. the album tops biggest opening week sales and in the UK, 25 snagged most downloads in a week, fastest to a million units sold and biggest opening week. The 27-year-old singer has stopped by a number of talk and television shows, including Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to perform renditions of her lead album track, "Hello."
The U.S. TV special trails the debut of the U.K.'s Adele Live at the BBC last month. She even showed off her goofy side by deciding to go undercover as an Adele impersonator, later revealing her true identity to the shocked room of true impersonators and fans. The "When We Were Young" singer will resume her touring circuit for the first time in five years, launching on Feb. 29 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
