Following her high energy performance at Hot 97's Hot for the Holidays Concert with Busta Rhymes as the headliner, Lil Kim is getting ready for her new album in 2016 and has dropped a new track "That B*tch" to tide fans over while they wait.
Prior to kicking off her epic performance alongside Mary J. Blige, Diddy and Jadakiss on Saturday, Dec. 5, in New Jersey at the Prudential Center, the pint sized rappper informed Hot 97's Nessa and Peter Rosenberg that she would soon be gracing fans with a new project.
"I'm working on a new album for next year. I put up a post not too long ago. I was at my old record label, so maybe. I've got a couple tours that I'mma be a part of. Just watch and wait," Kim revealed.
Following her interview, Kim took to Soundcloud to release a new track "That B*tch", over Omarion's "I'm Up" featuring French Montana and Kid Ink, where the Brooklyn rapper infuses hardcore rhymes with some light singing paired with melodic hook where she raps, "cuz I'm that b*tch."
In addition to speaking about her plans for new music, the mother of one gushed about her excitement for the upcoming holidays and the opportunity to share it with her 17-month-old daughter, Royalty Reign.
"I love Christmas, but this Christmas is gonna be more special because my daughter's 17 months now," Kim told Hip HopDX. "She's gonna be able to understand and enjoy Christmas this year... Last year, she was a baby. She's a little person, so I can't wait to see her go crazy and go 'ooo.' Cause that's all she says now."
