Just when the drama seemed to be settling down between estranged lovers Bow Wow and Erica Mena, recent social media posts revealed their breakup has turned sour. On Wedensday (Dec.9), the rapper posted some interesting Instagram photos with his baby momma and the Love & Hip Hop New York star responded with subliminal tweets and an emotional Snapchat rant. Mena opened up about alleged domestic violence and abuse she suffered during their relationship.
Another social media feud erupted between the former engaged couple and things got real nasty, real quick. It all started when Bow Wow, who prefers to be called by his birth name Shad Moss, commented on his daughter's mother's Instagram page. The post featured Joie Chavis singing Justin Bieber's "Sorry."
"You ain't fly," the 28-year-old wrote under her Instagram post. "Hahahaha now I'm following yo a** so you better behave punk."
The flirty response alluded to the realization that he wanted that old thing back. The 28-year-old hot-tempered TV personality wasn't feeling it, which might have prompted her to publicly share a video of herself showing interest in speed dating and screaming the words, "mother f***ers ain't worth s***!"
The two then engaged in a back-and-forth social media war filled with subliminal messages and harsh words. Although neither celebrity was willing to back down, adding fuel to the fire. The next round went to Bow Wow, who posted two more pictures of himself hanging out with Chavis.
WARNING: Some of the videos and images below contain profanity and foul language.
Mena called the CSI: Cyber star out on her personal Twitter account, calling him "bitter" and threatening to expose a secret that could ultimately hurt his career.
Trying to put it all in the past, she released a series of Snapchat videos detailing her personal growth and how much she's learned from the breakup. Mena also delivers advice to her followers, stating that bad times will not last forever.
In a recent interview with Global Grind, the Bronx native revealed she moved out of their house over a month ago. She admitted to not wanting to stay in a situation where her son would have to watch her be mistreated.
Mena believes Bow Wow only posted those pictures to get on her nerves. At one point she really thought he was going to be the man she spent the rest of her life with, but soon realized there was an entirely different side to him that scared her.
"I could have gone public about our breakup a month ago," Mena told Global Grind. "He does this to make headlines. Just leave me alone, I moved on; why are you still in your feelings? He's literally posting about Joie to get on my nerves and it's not working. He's posting it to fuck with her head and to try to get a reaction out of me. Listen, I walked away silently. He's an abuser."
Ultimately, Mena says she just once to be at peace. They've been separated for quite some time and she's just looking to move on from the relationship. Mena does not intend to speak bad about and hopes Bow Wow will get the help he needs to fight his "demons."
The report claims their might be actual proof to the physical abuse, as well as, verbal and mental games.
