On July 1, 2014, Old Crow Medicine Show will release Remedy, on ATO Records. Fans from around the world will be able to hear the new tunes, which stay true to the band's roots, from May through late October as the band tours the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
With producer Ted Hutt (Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Gaslight Anthem), who produced 2012's Carry Me Back at the helm, Remedy will feature a brand new Dylan/Old Crow collaboration with "Sweet Amarillo."
"This is country music for people who think country music needs a whoopin'" said fiddler/band leader Ketch Secor. He added, "Country music that knows how deep its roots run - from the dirtiest blues to the folkiest folk, the songwriters, the crooners and the Outlaws, to the Opry stage; it's all here."
In support of the upcoming release, the band has announced their biggest headlining tour in their history, which will cover the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
