'Tis the season of giving- although, Taylor Swift makes it repeatedly clear that her generosity knows no boundaries or specific seasons. As an early Christmas gift, the 26-year-old pop sensation stopped in Colorado to make a surprise visit to one of her biggest fans, Delaney Clements, who is currently battling Cancer.
Clements was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of eight and still battles the illness at the age of 12 with stage 4 Neruoblastoma. The "Out of the Woods" singer constantly shows passion and appreciation for her fans but now more than ever, Swift can relate to those fighting cancer since her mom was diagnosed back in April.
"Literally speechless right now!!!!!" the young fan wrote on her personal Instagram alongside a photo of the Pennsylvania native. "My new best friend (as I call her now) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!!" According to E! the 1989 singer noticed Delaney after coming across the hashtag #DelaneyMeetTaylor and upon their initial meeting, Clements couldn't prevent the tears from flowing. The two took multiple pictures together, including silly selfie shots and the "Bad Blood" singer even took the time to pose with Clements' family members and friends.
Clements previously made an appearance on TODAY after her friend Kamryn Renfo was disallowed from coming to school after shaving her head in order to support Clements and her battle. Since then, the cancer has spread to Clements' head while her mother Wendy Campbell explained on Facebook that they plan to keep her 'as comfortable as possible and to keep her spirits uplifted as she travels on a journey we fought so hard to avoid."
The "Wildest Dreams" singer recently dropped her 1989 World Tour Live concert film, which takes Swifties behind the scenes of her overtly successful, star-studded tour.
