Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera and Shakira make 2014's 'Most Powerful Moms' list

In honor of Mother's Day this coming weekend, Working Mother revealed its annual "Most Powerful Moms" list. The 50 mothers on the list include Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera and Shakira on the music front.

Beyoncé is noted on the list for mothering her 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, as well as releasing her surprise self-titled album last year, earning $188.6 million on her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, and advocating gender equality.

Aguilera is noted for mothering her 6-year-old son, Max, and unborn baby girl as well as working as a coach on The Voice and raising $22 million for humanitarian efforts to fight world hunger.

Shakira made the list for the first time this year. She is noted for mothering her 1-year-old son Milan as well as signing a $30 million deal with Live Nation, opening six schools in Colombia through her Pies Descalsos foundation, working as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, coaching on The Voice, and turning out hit after hit.

Former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham also made the list, but for reasons unrelated to her music career. Kanye West's wife Kim Kardashian was among other famous mothers mentioned.

The list is unranked, so as Billboard points out, all 50 moms "appear on common ground in the yearly celebration."
