Lupe Fiasco Finally Hitting the Road in January, Announces "For the Fans" Tour

It's been a bit since fans caught Lupe Fiasco on stage. He had a few shows scheduled earlier this year but most were canceled. Now as the year is coming to an end, Lupe has announced that he will be hitting the road starting in January. The rapper announced the "For the Fans" tour and the tickets are already on sale.

The rapper, known for some many outspoken rants, recently announced that he will be releasing three albums in 2016. Though the dates have yet to be told, he has released the album names: DROGAS, SKULLS and ROY. Lupe's wikipedia page also states that The Cool 2 will be coming out in 2017 and the rapper confirmed the news on the 8th year anniversary of The Cool.

Back in August, Lupe released the mixtape, Pharaoh Height 2/30, the follow up to his mixtape, Fahrenheit 1/15. The project had 6 tracks on it and no features but it was exactly what fans were looking for from Lupe. The tape dropped right after there were rumors spreading that Yasiin Bey and Lupe would be having a rap battle. No, the battle never happened, unfortunately, but that hasn't stopped Lupe from coming at other artists.

As we all know, Lupe and Kid Cudi have had beef for quite some time now. At one point, we all thought it would die down but it hasn't and it doesn't seem like it will. Lupe was offering fans verses for $500 on Twitter and it seems as if Cudi tried clowning him for it. Lupe eventually threatened to beat up Cudi if he ever saw him. It hasn't happened yet since Luke hasn't been able to get ahold of Cudi for 6 months.

But it seems like Lupe is looking for a fresh start. So with all the beef behind him, the "For the Fans" tour will start on January 13th in Seattle and will make stops in L.A., D.C. and N.Y., ending on February 13th in Indianapolis. Grab those tickets now!
