Wrapping up the 2015 year on a great note, Logic is back at once more with a new track. "Tree of Life" features Slug from Atmosphere and Killer Mike. The collaboration had been confirmed back in 2014 but hadn't dropped until today. The track has a really laidback, smooth flow to it.
Back in November, Logic released his second album, the Incredible True Story, and fans loved it. The album, a 19-track project with minimal features, is played out as a story that Logic put together that takes place 100 years into the future. The two main characters in the story are traveling to a place called Paradise so they can help save what is left of humankind. On their trip, they are listening to Logic. The album was quite the sci-fi piece and unlike what any other rapper has done before. Logic has been called one of the best up and coming rappers based off his two albums.
His the Incredible True Story sold over 125,000 in it's first week but before it dropped Logic went on a short tour and stopped by some of his fans' homes so they could listen to the album. Since then the album has remained high up on the charts and Logic has had some really great performances. Earlier this month, Logic performed on NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and absolutely killed it.
Since releasing his last album, Logic announced his upcoming world tour, The Incredible World Tour. The tour will start on February 5th in Vancouver, D.C., making stops in New York City, Los Angeles, Paris and more, and end on May 10th in Stockholm. Some of the tickets have already sold out so make sure to get yours now.
