As more news becomes available on the Tupac biopic, All Eyez on Me, the more excited fans are getting.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Kat Graham of Vampire Diaries will play Jada Pinkett Smith in the biopic, and The Walking Dead's Danai Gurira will be playing Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur.
Demetrius Shipp Jr. had been earlier been confirmed for the role of Tupac, and according to HipHopDX, Jamal Woodlard from the film Notorious, will play Biggie again.
A date has not been set for the release of the film, which is in production in Atlanta. Benny Boom has replaced Carl Franklin (who replaced John Singleton) as director of the film. Afeni Shakur is an executive producer on the film. The biopic will be distributed through Open Road. Washington, D.C. NFL player Desean Jackson is also a producer and music producer, and L.T. Hutton as a producer. Hutton has been keeping fans up to speed on the film via Instagram.

The film will cover Tupac's life and his road to stardom as a rapper.
