Justin Bieber has had a pretty rough week, and now he's being sued.
According to TMZ, Bieber is being sued by paparazzo Manuel Munoz.
Munoz claims that the Biebs locked him in a Subway restaurant and was beat up by his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson.
In the suit, Munoz reportedly claims that the incident went down after the photog captured flicks of Bieber leaving SET nightclub, just minutes before his January drag racing/DUI arrest in Miami.
Munoz says Patterson then chased him into the bathroom of a Subway, cornered him and then demanded that he delete his pictures.
Bieber's bodyguard allegedly tried removing the memory card from the pap's camera before punching and kicking him. Munoz claims the camera was also damaged during the ordeal.
He also claims that he offered to give Bieber the pics for $10,000.
Vibe magazine reports that Munoz's claims do not match his police report.
In the report, Munoz claims Patterson never attacked him. He said Patterson chased him and made him fall, resulting in a "small scratch in his left knee."
Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman seems confident that the suit won't get Munoz very far saying the entire suit isn't substantial.
"This new lawsuit filed by a paparazzo is yet another shakedown for money," Weitzman said. "The paparazzo admits that Justin was not present at the alleged 'assault.' The paparazzo told the police he had only scratched his knee when he was allegedly tripped, but now claims he was beat up. There are no damages."
