Watch Grimes Apocalyptic "Kill V Maim" Video From 'Art Angels'

Grimes has unveiled the music video for her single "Kill V Maim." The single comes from her critically acclaimed album Art Angels.

As one might expect from Grimes, the video is as strange as they come, pushing the limits of what you can put into a 4 minute piece of visuals.

She all over the place with all sorts of different people, donning many different outfits. She starts out in a Mad Max-inspired car with a whole crew of her friends speeding down some animated neon road before the full video is introduced like a Law & Order episode.

Things then head into a sketchy shower room where Grimes and her friends in over a dozen different outfits show off their spastic dance moves aided by some nifty camera work to speed up and slow things down.

It flips over to a dark room where she is singing in the middle of some party that gets gorier as the music video progresses. People get covered in blood and appear to be biting at themselves.

She heads into yet another room as an arch angel with black wings and long golden talons attached to her hands.

Video game references pop up on the screen intermittently like images of the hearts in Legend of Zelda.

Just like her music, Grimes, handles just about everything here from the directing to the editing.

Watch the video below and enter the mind of Grimes as she takes the viewer into this bloody apocalyptic world with crazy outfits wild dance moves and weird cars.

She will take her act on the road this summer as an opener for Florence + The Machine as they tour across North America. Get the full details on the tour here.
