Bad Company UK Reunion: Drum'n'Bass Pioneers Announce Two Shows in March

Dark drum'n'bass pioneers Bad Company UK have announced that they are reuniting for two shows this spring. As of now, the group's full original lineup consisting of DJ Fresh, dBridge, Vegas and Maldini are scheduled to throw down at Motion in Bristol on March 24 and at London's Fabric the following day.

The upcoming shows will mark the first time all original members of Bad Company appear together in a decade, The Ransom Note reports. The group had previously organized a reunion in 2013 but DJ Fresh notoriously didn't show up at the last minute. The lineups of supporting acts for both shows have yet to be revealed.

More information about tickets can be found at Resident Advisor.

The group was teasing some sort of news in the days leading up to the reunion announcement. They started a brand-new Twitter account and updated their Facebook page with a new version of their logo which now features two parallel lines in the middle of the mirrored BC rather than the single line in the center that the original logo featured: )EIIB(

The group has been teasing a full reunion as well as a remix album for years via various member's social media accounts. In October, Bad Company UK posted a photo from within the studio on their official page, so fans can only hope they're gearing up for something even bigger after the reunion shows on Easter weekend.

Bad Company UK formed in 1998 and one of their most beloved and groundbreaking tracks, "The Nine," was among their very first releases.

All members of the group have remained active with music production and DJing over the years since they disbanded around 2005, but DJ Fresh is probably the most recognizable name of the bunch thanks to a number of high-profile collaborations over the years. A few days ahead of the reunion announcement, DJ Fresh dropped his latest collaboration, “Say You Do” with Sigala and Imani.
