L.A. Reid is talking about young Justin Bieber and says that ‘the kid was beautiful’ in his new memoir, Sing To Me. The mogul further implies that Bieber’s face was what scored him a record deal.
In the book, Reid describes Bieber as being feminine and believing early on that his looks could score him millions of fans. This came to be with the throngs of Beliebers who ended up adoring Bieber early on his career and even now. In Sing To Me, Reid describes an incident where Usher brought Bieber to his office, and he knew instantly that the young singer had star quality.
“At four on the dot, Usher walked into my office with this adorable fourteen-year-old boy,” Reid wrote in his memoir, The Huffington Post reports. “This kid was beautiful, like a woman can be beautiful and men rarely are, and he turned it on as soon as he stepped into the room.”
Reid mentions Bieber’s beauty several times in the memoir, talking about everything from teenage Bieber’s hair and that he “could see immediately that Justin’s hair would be every bit as important as his songs, his voice, his face, or his presence,” to his face.
Further on in the chapter the mogul penned that “Justin was simply beautiful - his superpower was his face.”
Bieber has certainly grown since those days, but is still marked as being extraordinarily attractive. He recently released a string of Calvin Klein ads that gave adoring fans a new view of the singer. In the first photo, Bieber poses in nothing but black Calvin Klein briefs with a fully naked Greek statue behind him. In the second photo, Bieber lies in bed dreaming in a pair of white CK briefs. The last photo shows the singer against a sunset in a black shirt and black briefs. The ads were for Calvin Klein’s spring 2016 line.
