Last month, Mannie Fresh and Juvenile shared their plans to release a collaborative album with Lil Wayne and now, the three New Orleans artists are giving fans a taste of what to expect on the project. Fresh released a new track titled "Hate" via Mass Appeal on Thursday (Feb. 25).

The track opens with a message from Birdman and the former Cash Money trio takes turns dropping bars throughout. While Fresh also handles the production, Juvenile shares choice words for those who “got the hate disease” and Wayne raps about his big bankroll.

The long awaited reunion ends with another message from Birdman: “We back at it, daddy.”

During an interview with AllHipHop, Juvenile and Fresh spoke about the new album they are working on with Wayne. "It was a long time coming... The fans demanded this. We wanted to show the planet that whatever was going on with us, we could get over that and be brilliant businessmen, entrepreneurs and put some money on the table and watch the magic happen."

Once word of their collaboration hit the Internet, fans began to hope for a possible Hot Boys reunion album. As previously reported, former member Turk addressed the proposition with little enthusiasm.

“People can stop hitting me up about any album. I don’t have nothing to do with that,” he said while speaking with AllHipHop. “I’m focused on my movement and what I’m doing. But, like I’ve always said, there can’t be a Hot Boys reunion without B.G.

Hot Boys, which consisted of Wayne, Juvenile, Turk and B.G., was an early staple under the Cash Money imprint, along with the Big Tymers duo made up of Birdman and Fresh.

Hopefully, this new track and the forthcoming album will lead to more new music from the old camp.
