It seems as though just about everyone from rappers to athletes have spoken on the most recent incident involving Justin Bieber but the world has been waiting to hear from one person in particular and he's finally speaking out.
Usher has finally decided to break his silence on the Biebs old racist joke videos that were released this week.
Vibe magazine says he posted a throwback photo of himself and Bieber but it was the caption that was most telling.
"At my core, I am a person that supports growth and understands without judgement, that growth often comes as a result of pain and continues effort. As I have watched Justin Bieber navigate difficult waters as a young man, I can tell you that he hasn't always chosen the path of his greatest potential, but he is unequivocally not a racist. What he was 5 years ago was a naive child who did not understand the negative power and degradation that comes from playing with racial slurs. What he is now is a young man faced with an opportunity to become his best self, an example to the millions of kids that follow him to not make the same mistakes."
In the videos of Bieber, recorded about 5 years ago, the singer can be heard dropping the N-bomb numerous times while telling a racist joke and changing the lyrics of a previous hit to "One Less Lonely N****r."
Justin Bieber has issued an apology for both videos.
