With festival season right around the corner, lineups have been coming at us faster than these events can take your money. The latest to unveil its 2016 lineup is the Disco Biscuits-led Camp Bisco. Its 2016 billing includes names from across electronic music, hip-hop and live jam bands that crossover into electronic music like Odesza, Lotus, RL Grime, STS9, Zeds Dead, GRiZ and Big Grizmatik, which is the trio of Big Gigantic, GRiZ and Gramatik.
The lineup has a few token hip-hop and r&b artists that can crossover to dance fans and this year they Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals who are EVERYWHERE, Lil Dicky and Thundercat.
There are some jam band and livetronica acts like Lettuce, Papadosio, Dopapod, Lotus, STS9 and The Disco Biscuits.
The bulk of the lineup comes from dance acts with a live component and DJs from all sorts of subgenres within electronic music.
Among those who fall into that category are Shiba San, Autograf, 12th Planet, FKJ, Mija, MK, Marshmello, Keys N Krates, Josh Wink and Rezz.
Camp Bisco made its return last year after being cancelled in 2014 after a myriad of issues came to a head with local authorities in upstate New York. After failing to come to terms with its longtime local partners in Pattersonville and coming under new management, the festival moved a few hours south to a different state that was more lenient on some of the state security demands.
Camp Bisco will take place from July 14-16 in Montage Mountain in Scranton, PA. Last year's lineup had names like Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Goldroom, Jauz, Lido, Tipper, Sweater Beats and Atmosphere all perform.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow, March 3 at noon. Prices start at $155.50 plus fees for an early bird pass. See the full lineup below.
