After the Twitter debate of Beyonce and Rihanna fans about how the "Work" singer threw a subtle shade on the "Formation" star, Rihanna has moved forward with her career as she releases a new line of boots which is a result of her collaborative effort with Manolo Blahnik, and it is featured in the British Vogue magazine.
Rihanna's second cover for the month of April showcases the launch of the footwear from Blahnik comprised of the shoe collection namely The 9 to 5, Dancehall Cowgirl, Rih-vi and Seas Salts, according to USA Today. Riri is seen wearing her favorite shoe from the new collection inside the magazine, which is The 9 to 5.
While going topless, the singer model wears a thigh-high denim boots embellished with crystals which exposes her derriere. She even said that said boots are fitted only for the brave.
The "Umbrella" singer also dons an Alexander McQueen denim frock coat with intricate embroidery and Isabel Marant hot pants, completing her look with a winged liner and her hair cascading down her back, Mail Online reported.
"The day I see a woman in the street wearing my shoes... I am sorry for that woman because I'm going to literally run after her, shouting, 'Stop! Selfie! Who are you? Where did you get them?' I'm going to have a moment!" she said according to Vogue.
Rihanna even warned that the boots aren't recommended to wear on a date saying that it "depends on what kind of date you are trying to have."
"Guuurrrl! Those boots are dangerous! If you're trying to get back home to your bed, don't wear them boots! You will get kidnapped in those boots, those boots are trouble," she said.
According to the chart-topping singer, her mother Monica Braithwaite influenced her daring sense of style saying, “Oh my goodness, my mother – she is a woman’s woman. I was obsessed with everything she did then, everything she wore, her scent, her shoes and her scarves...That was the glamour I wanted to be part of.”
The photo shoot is captured by photographer Craig McDean featuring sensual and seriously racy images of the singer for the said issue of Vogue.
