'Love & Hip Hop' Expanding to New Orleans, Miami and Houston

Fans of the Mona Scott-Young-created reality show Love & Hip Hop have grown to love and anxiously await new episodes of the Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles castmates. Now, there's even more drama set to unfold as the show adds New Orleans, Miami and Houston franchises.

Monday nights on VH1 have introduced the intense drama, love triangles, betrayals and the overall hustle of the music business through personalities like K. Michelle; Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez and Peter Gunz, with both his love interests, Aminah Butterfly and Tara.

According to TMZ, According to the site, the auditions for Miami and Houston are underway and the producers hope to wrap up casting by April with their new set of reality stars. The producers are looking for well-known individuals in the music business in these areas but, are also looking to shine light on some lesser known, aspiring industry talents who willing to join the show's growing list of reality stars.

The site says Miami and Houston are ideal locations to capture a different vibe from the existing shows, and according to EUR, New Orleans is also on the list of cities to offer up that different vibe.

According to reports, "Shake Ya Ass" New Orleans rapper Mystikal is rumored to be joining the show's cast. The Mind of Mystikal rapper hasn't released an album since 2001 but he hasn't stopped recording. The 45-year-old has released footage of himself and other artists performing. Though Mystikal hasn't officially confirmed his casting on the show, he did post this old photo of himself with a caption taken from one of his hit singles from his debut studio album in 1995, "Here I Go."
