Kanye West has apologized for his recent erratic string of tweets and admits that he was confusing. For the past month, the rapper seems to have had a lot on his mind, and he has no qualms unleashing onto social media. This past Tuesday (March 8), West again took to the social media site to explain away his behavior in the three weeks since he released his latest album, The Life of Pablo.
West started off the explanation with, “Its been a lot of confusion in the past 3 weeks so let me apologize for in any way being confusing…”
He also describes “quiet moments,” where he feels as though he’s returning home from battle and that he can’t wait to get home to his family. He also asserted that Adidas is set to manufacture one million pairs of his Yeezy shoes and will even be opening new factories in order to do so. West ended the Twitter rant by sending a nod to Kendrick Lamar, who collaborated with him on “No More Parties in L.A.” for his Untitled, Unmastered release.
West’s mental stability has come into question as of late due to his bizarre tweets, including one that had a screenshot that insinuated that he had been using torrent site, The Pirate Bay. The tweet sparked an online feud between the rapper and Deadmau5, after which West’s team suggested that the computer the shot was taken from wasn’t even his.
West then addressed the rumors in a candid conversation at LAX, saying, “It’s obviously not my computer. I took a picture of it in the studio and everyone was like, ‘Don’t put that up… I was like, ‘let it go up.”
During the candid chat, West also thanked his wife, Kim Kardashian, and her family for supporting him during the harsh criticism he has been receiving.
“People were really like, he must be going crazy. If someone is considered to be crazy for telling the truth… what are we dealing with the rest of the time?”
