Jon Stone, one half of the duo American Young, parked his 2005 Harley Road King Custom at Curb Records last weekend and that's the last time he saw his bike.
At 10:15 am on Friday, he posted the news on his Facebook, saying, "please contact me if you see this bike, it was stolen from the entrance of Curb records on music row vin# 1HD1FYW155Y678218, License Plate: 6ZJ044."
Since the show must go on, Jon didn't have much time to look for his missing Harley before he had to hop on a plane and head to the northwest for American Young's next show. This morning, he packed up and went to Tacoma, Washington for their show at Cheney Stadium on June 14th. Maybe being close to his hometown of Eugene, Oregon will help ease the sting a little. Hopefully, by the time the duo finishes their last summer show in Iowa in August, he'll have either recovered his bike or gotten a new one.
