Remember the music video that never was for the Lady Gaga/R. Kelly single "Do What U Want"? New reports have surfaced about the content of the music video, shot by controversial photographer Terry Richardson, and the whole thing has been likened to "literally an ad for rape."
According to Page Six and a leaked video from TMZ, Gaga plays a patient in the music video, with Kelly playing doctor. "Will I ever be able to walk again?" Gaga asks in the clip, playing off her hip injury in 2012. "Yes, if you let me do whatever I want with your body," Kelly replies. "I'm putting you under, and when you wake up, you're going to be pregnant."
The clip, which was partially posted by TMZ, then features a scantily-clad Gaga and a fully dressed Kelly dancing in the operating room alongside a dozen or so sexy nurses. Richardson himself also appears in the music video, shooting Gaga with a camera as she rolls around a bunch of disparaging headlines about herself.
Though Gaga claimed the music video was never released due to the fact that she was given "a week to plan and execute it" and "betrayal" at her record label and within her inner circle, but now it seems like the sexual exploits and predatory accusations of Kelly and Richardson played a larger part.
The video was reportedly shot in September, but delayed for release until December. In the meanwhile, a Village Voice article with Jim DeRogatis was released, giving a timeline of Kelly's predatory sexual behavior with teenage girls in Chicago.
Simultaneously, numerous models stepped forward about Richardson, stating that the fashion photographer coerced them into performing sexual favors on him, sometimes in return for promises of fame and photoshoots.
TMZ then claims that the music video was actually scrapped by Gaga and her camp due to these allegations against the involved parties and the music video's overtly sexual and troubling contents.
