After Chris Brown blasted Kehlani about her suicide attempt over a cheating scandal, previous collaborators Tinashe, Zendaya and two members of Fifth Harmony unfollowed him on Twitter. And it didn't go unnoticed -- Brown took to Instagram to diss the artists, going so far as to call Tinashe a "16-year-old hobbit-face ass."
When a fan tweeted to Brown about the unfollows, he responded: “They called and needed my help, not the other way around. I’ve been around for a bit, so these ‘celebrities’ fade out musically if they aren’t original or let’s face it, actually talented.”
Baller Alert managed to get a screenshot of a since-deleted Instagram comment from the "Turn Up The Music" singer: “I hope she talked about 'HER' career for most of this interview 'WHOISHAE' TINASHAE. I hope they rehearsing for those performance (power 106 charity basketball game halftime show) give her credit though, 30 16 year old hobbit face ass. WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC!! TEACH ME HOW TO JERK FACE ASS.”
Meanwhile, Tinashe shrugged off the shade, saying it wasn't a big deal, and referring to it as "silly" and "petty." But she said Brown's comment about Kehlani's suicide attempt was "not nice."
"I don’t think that follows on Twitter are a big deal…If I see him, I would love to speak to him. I would love if he reached out. I have absolutely nothing against him. We were on good terms as far as I knew,” Tinashe said in an interview with San Francisco’s KMEL, Fuse reported.
Kehlani revealed that she attempted suicide after rumors about cheating on boyfriend Kyrie Irving with rapper PartyNextDoor stormed social media. Before she deleted her Instagram posts, she wrote that she wasn't "crying for help" or trying to get attention. She also said she didn't cheat on Irving, TMZ reported.
