It seems like only a yesterday that headlines were filled with the comings and goings of what happened at Coachella weekend 1. Weekend one is always packed with the special guests and while weekend 2 has some of that; it tends to focus more on the music and less on the theatrics and Instagram moments. The live stream for weekend 2 is about to go live on YouTube and Coachella was nice enough to unveil the preliminary schedule for the full weekend.
What makes this weekend different from other weekends and other live streams in general is that they are fully integrating the 360-degree technology into the stream. So as viewers watch acts like Run The Jewels or Lord Huron perform, they can flip around the stage and crowd at their leisure, instead of letting the producers make that decision for them.
The stream kicks off today at 3:30 pm PST and run all throughout the weekend. Among those who will be streamed include CHVRCHES, Gary Clark Jr., Robert Delong, The Kills and Matt & Kim.
Find the full announced schedule below and tune in to the new type of live stream, which they are banking on being the new wave. We will see how fans react.
