Another day, another festival lineup. The Pacific Northwest has another festival on the cards for later this summer, Bumbershoot, and it just unveiled its full music, comedy, arts, food and cultural lineup for 2016. Among those topping the music lineup include local heroes Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Death Cab For Cutie, Kygo, Tame Impala, G-Eazy, Pretty Lights, Halsey and DJ Snake.
Other names near the top of the diverse lineup include Run The Jewels, Bryson Tiller, Porter Robinson, Marshmello, Fetty Wap, Andrew Bird, Father John Misty, Logic, Billy Idol and Michael Franti & Spearhead.
Bumbershoot will have a bit of everything on its large lineup. There is a bit of hip-hop & R&B with the likes of Logic, Fetty Wap, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Tyler The Creator and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis all performing.
There will be plenty of EDM with DJs such as of Gryffin, Jai Wolf, Bob Moses, TOKIMONSTA, Cashmere Cat, Kygo, DJ Snake and Zeds Dead.
Rock will be very well represented by acts like White Denim, Joywave, Atlas Genius, Explosions In The Sky, Father John Misty, Third Eye Blind, Tame Impala and others.
In addition to the music, the Labor Day Weekend festival will also have room for other entertainment and though-provoking spaces for attendees. Comedy will be provided by the likes of Ron Funches, The Improvised Shakespeare Company, Nick Thune, Moses Storm, Dan Soder, Andy Haynes, The Goddamn Comedy Jam and many more.
There will be a "words & ideas" component as well for discussions on various relevant topics of today.
Bumbershoot will take place over Labor Day Weekend from Sept. 2-4 at the Seattle Center In Washington State. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 29 at 10 a.m. PST on their website. Find the full lineup below.
