Azealia Banks Disses Beyonce on Twitter for 'Lemonade' Visual Album

Azealia Banks couldn’t stay away from Twitter for long. In the wake of Beyonce’s release of her Lemonade visual album on HBO, Banks wants to make her opinion on it known, particularly that she believes Beyonce to be the “antithesis of what feminism is.” The rapper dissed Beyonce in a long string of tweets, as per her usual fashion.

Banks' recent accomplishment of her new SLAY Z mixtape, dropped a few weeks ago, is as usual overshadowed by her tirade against Beyonce, also as per her usual fashion.

Amongst the insults released by Banks, she accuses Beyonce of being a “poacher” and for taking ideas and cultural norms from darker skinned women and using them to her own advantage. She is zeroing in on Beyonce for perpetuating what she referred to in the tirade as “that sad black female sufferance.”

Following an online feud with Iggy Azalea in March, Banks had actually deleted her Twitter account and gave her upwards of 549,000 followers the message. The “212” rapper has used her account for numerous tirades against fellow artists including Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj and T.I. She even once claimed that she was going to vote for Donald Trump on the account.
