Flosstradamus is partnering with Bud Light to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Lollapalooza this week.
Lollapalooza runs from July 28-31 this weekend and other headliners on the Bud Light stage include Major Lazer, Lana Del Rey, Leon Bridges, Future and Ellie Goulding. There will also be a “stage moment” on the first night of Lollapalooza (July 28) with Flosstradamus.
“We are stoked to be partnering with Bud Light to bring you all a very special stage moment that coincides with the 25th anniversary of Lollapalooza,” Flosstradamus said in a press release obtained by Billboard. “We can’t wait to share this unique Bud Light Stage Moment with all our fans, the attendees at Lollapalooza, and the city of Chicago.”
Bud Light is also in charge of on-site activation as well as an art installation and limited edition cans, which will be sold at Chicago shops as well as the Drizly site and app.
Bud Light also hosted a Roots Jam Session at the Bud Light Factory at SXSW 2016. They also introduced a lineup at Stagecoach Music Festival which included G-Eazy, Bebe Rexha, Sam Hunt and Snoop Dogg.
In August, Bud Light is slated to unleash the Bud Light Party Campaign, a 13-city convention tour that features Big Sean, Flo Rida, 2 Chainz, Ludacris, Jason Derulo, Lil Wayne, Nelly and Dillon Francis amongst others.
In other Flosstradamus news, the duo have launched their own label entitled Hi Def Youth, announced this past May. The first release on the label was from New York native Party Thieves with his four-track EP, Unguarded.
“Like many trap artists, Flosstradamus was one of the first trap acts that inspired me to get into production and pursue a music career,” he said about his addition to the label. “Being able to join HDY Nation as the first artist to release under Hi Def Youth is truly an honor.”
