Ray J and Princess Love from VH1’s hit show Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood were just wed in Los Angeles this past Friday (Aug. 12).
The two have had their often volatile love affair fully documented on the reality show, but the ceremony was reportedly relatively small, with only 150 close family and friends in attendance.
People reported that the ceremony took place at Vibiana in L.A. and both The Game and Brandy were part of the bridal party. Anthony Hamilton sang “The Point of It All” as the the two walked down the aisle, and Brandy also sang “At Last” as a backdrop for their first dance at the reception. Princess Love was reportedly dressed to the nines, and wearing a beaded Lazaro ballgown for her special day.
“I just want her to have the time of her life and remember it as the best day in the world,” Ray J had said to the publication before the two were married. “Even when I wasn’t with her, I told my friends ‘She the one, she the one.’ It was just something about how I felt when she was around me.”
“He’s the only person I’ve ever been with that I couldn’t see myself without,” Princess Love also said.
“It was never a dull moment in planning and designing Princess and Ray J’s dream wedding,” wedding planners Darryl Wilson and Diann Valentine said of the event. “They wanted a royal, elegant and enchanting reception fit for a princess and prince.”
Princess Love and Ray J have been engaged since this past December, and the ceremony will be featured on the new season of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood according to Billboard. Ray J had proposed to his love with an 8-carat halo diamond in front of those close to the couple.
