Kid Cudi has been quiet in 2016 and it is now quite apparent what he has been doing. He has been speaking about two albums he planned on finishing this year and in a new Tweet with Usain Bolt smiling for the camera as he wins the 100m race at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Cudder has confirmed those LPs are completed.
In a series of Tweets, he does not share all that much about either project, but does say more info will be revealed this week and there are "so many surprises to loom forward to."
Earlier this year, Cudi said that one of his albums would be titled Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin' and could have collaborations with Pharrell and Travi$ Scott on it. Also his longtime producer partner Dot Da Genius is also believed to be involved.
Cudi has released a few loose singles during the year such as "All In," but he has scaled back touring to apparently focus on finishing loads more new music. This would be his first album since he released Speedin' Bullet To Heaven in December 2015.
