Usher has shared another taste of his upcoming album with the latest single "She Came To Give It To You," featuring a guest appearance by Nicki Minaj and production from Pharrell. It debuted today on Chicago station WGCI 107.5.
"It ain't what you do, it's what you do tonight," Usher croons over an uptempo disco beat. "And there ain't no shortcut to doing something right. Said if you do what I do, she'll be yours tonight. Just look around the club and have a good time."
Minaj chimes in for a verse and the outro. Her best line: "He only lasts six seconds like a Vine."
This isn't the first time Minaj has been featured on an Usher track. The two previously collaborated on "Lil Freak" off Usher's sixth studio album, Raymond v. Raymond.
Usher described his upcoming, as-yet-untitled eighth studio album as "freaking out of here, man. Space and sky, that's what it'll be. You look up, and it's everything you can imagine." The effort will feature Diplo, Juicy J, Chris Brown, and more and is due out sometime this year via RCA.
Usher previously released "Good Kisser," which peaked at No. 66 on the Hot 100.
