A former back-up dancer for Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliot and Beyonce has gone missing, and the stars are asking the public for help locating her on social media. 32-year-old Shirlene Quigley was reported missing Sunday evening by her father.
Quigley was reportedly last seen at the Port Authority bus station in Manhattan. NBC New York reported that she lives in Bergen, New Jersey and is a dance instructor in the city. When her father didn’t hear from her by 6 P.M. for their nightly phone call he contacted the police.
Since her disappearance, her phone was found in a Chelsea bridal store and her car was located in Midtown. Quigley’s father said that his daughter had said to a friend recently, “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me.”
The dancer’s website lists that she first appeared in Beyonce’s 2003 video “Crazy in Love,” and went on to perform at the likes of the Grammys, the ESPYs, the VMAs. She has also worked for Chris Brown, Ashanti, and Jamie Foxx.
