Sisqo's "Thong Song" Receives Beautiful Remix From JCY

Who remembers Mark Althavean Andrews from back in the day? What if I asked who remembered Sisqo from back in the day? Well, it's the same person, but Sisqo was the alter-ego that really left his mark on the world. Sisqo was the lead singer of the R&B group Dru Hill but it wasn't until he went solo that he really started to shine in the spotlight.

So almost 20 years ago now, back on New Years Eve in 1999, Sisqo released his world-changing anthem with the "Thong Song." The single was off his solo debut studio album 'Unleash the Dragon' and boy did he unleash some absolute madness with that single. The single was an instant hit charting around the United States as well as being acclaimed around the world in countries like the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Denmark.

According to their online bio, JCY (pronounced JUICY) is a Norwegian production trio consisting of Oslo's top DJ's Chris Welsh (Chris Stallion) & Patrick Hauge (Patski Love) who teamed up with Norwegian Grammy-winning producer Alexander Austheim (Rykkinnfella) in 2015 to make banging club music. Now today, they have absolutely come together to release one amazing club banging tune!

So almost 20 years later now, Sisqo has recruited the assistance of JCY to revive his ultimate anthem the "Thong Song." Not only did Sisqo himself recruit the Nerwegian trio to give his classic anthem the perfect revival, but he also added some help of his own. And the perfect way for him to help out JCY was with some brand new vocals! So with those vocals on top of JCY's amazing production skills, this is the exact remix and revival that the "Thong Song" needed!
