Check Out Future's Reference Track For Rihanna's "Nothing Is Promised"

If there is one word to describe Future, it would be multi-talented. Last night, his reference track to Rihanna's "Nothing Is Promised" leaked on the Internet. This morning, Future posted his version to his Youtube channel.

The "Wicked" rapper is credited as one of the songwriters on Rihanna's track which is produced by Mike Will Made It. Based on the subtle changes and Future's easy flow, it sounds as if he wrote the entire song himself. Earlier this month, he released the Marshmello Remix to his hit single "Mask Off," which is produced by Marshmello, Southside, and Metro Boomin.

The Atlanta rapper said in an interview with Billboard earlier this year, that he makes timeless music and is not worried about music that makes money. He went into detail by stating, "If I'm the biggest artist in the world, cool, but I want to just be me. I want my money to be different. I'm not trying to have rapper money. My goal is to be able to get everything from the world that I can get."

Future has been on a roll this year. He released two albums Future and HNDRXX, a week apart from each other. Both albums were number one and number two on the charts which set a record. The Atlanta Native received a lot of praise for both albums. However, the more recent LP, HNDRXX, showed off a side of Future that most weren't used to seeing. He admitted what it meant to be hurt, in love, and going through the motions of life. He said in an interview with Beats 1 Radio :

"This album is more personal. When I was trying to have the honest album and I was like "Oh okay". I was just using it as a title instead of being able to be honest in the music. This is it, this is HNDRXX. It's a big responsibility to deliver your projects the right way, because you know your words are gonna spread a long way. That's why I wanna make sure that everyone listened to this with a complete ear and understanding."
