Taylor Swift Is Filming A Music Video And Katy Perry Might Be In It

Swifties, take note: your momma Taylor Swift has just been caught filming a new music video for what's safe to assume is the next single from Reputation, her latest record-breaking dark pop album.

But here's the kicker: Katy Perry could be in it.

That's right — Perry, who everyone knows currently is enmeshed in a huge beef with Swift over a long-ago incident involving abruptly stolen backup dancers, might finally be ironing things out with Swift. Rumor has it that they're declaring an end to this feud in a major way: by having Perry dance back-up for Swift's new video, "End Game."

E! News reports that a "source" said Perry and Swift made up while both women were in Miami, and that Perry even made a cameo in the video.

It's worth noting, however, that both singers haven't confirmed whether this rumor is true. On top of that, there are conflicting reports about Perry's "End Game" cameo, with Entertainment Tonight reporting that the backup dancer spotted during the filming of some scenes was merely a lookalike of Perry and not Perry herself.

While it's not certain whether the two have really made up, it's certainly true that Perry was also in Miami. She said so herself via Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 20, in the same post announcing her "Hey Hey Hey" music video.

It's not clear exactly when Swift plans to drop the music video for "End Game," but she typically releases music videos every three months, as with 1989's "Shake It Off," "Blank Space," "Style," "Bad Blood," and "Wildest Dreams."

The last music video for Reputation, "...Ready For It?" was released late October. Doing the math, "End Game" could premiere sometime in late January next year, or perhaps earlier than that.

Along with Swift, rapper Future was also spotted during the music video shoot. Ed Sheeran, the other musician featured in the track, wasn't present, though. Perhaps he's in another scene altogether, given that his verse doesn't appear until later in the track.

It seems Taylor Swift and Katy Perry fans would simply have to wait until the music video for "End Game" is released to find out whether the two women really have extended an olive garden to each other and calmed their feud down.

Do you think Swift and Perry have made up? Any thoughts about their beef? As always, feel free to sound off in the comments section below!
