Detained rapper Kodak Black was transferred from his present jail in Florida to Niagara County Jail in New York. The transfer happened after his camp submitted a request to get out of his jail in Florida due to the concerns about the coronavirus outbreak.
According to his Twitter that was being posted by All Hip-Hop, he gave his new jail, the Niagara County Jail and its address.
The move is only temporary as the rapper stills await his sentence. On March 12, he pleaded guilty to a second-degree criminal case of illegal possession of a weapon at the Niagara County Courthouse. Kodak Black, or Bill Kapri, was allegedly caught traveling with firearms and marijuana by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection while trying to cross the border to Canada. He was supposed to return to the court this March but it was postponed, according to a report from HipHop Wired.
