Lopez will head a new inspiring show, "Thanks A Million" , that aims to give $1,000,000. The reality series is set to premiere on April 6, 2020. The trailer was released recently by Quibi. "Thanks A Million" will showcase 10 grateful celebrities. Each will give away $100,000 in cold cash to chosen individuals. Every emotional episode will headline a star gifting a deserving person, who had a profound impact on their life. A total of $1M will be distributed over the 10 episodes.
Apart from Lopez, the other celebrities joining the series are Kevin Hart, Kristen Bell, Nick Jonas, Aaron Rodgers, Yara Shahidi, Gabriel Iglesias, Anthony Davis, and Karlie Kloss.
"What if paying it forward started with giving back?" states the tagline in the "Thanks A Million" trailer. The teaser showed several stars surprising people with the cash gift. The recipient, in return, needs to pay it forward by sharing half of the amount to someone else. Watch the trailer below:

The heartwarming series is produced by Lopez's Nuyorican Productions and Industrial Media's B-17 Entertainment in association with Universal Alternative Television Studio. Jennifer Lopez is the executive producer of the show.

The streaming company will feature shows in short chapters about 10 minutes long. The stories are developed exclusively for smartphone users and for people who are on the run. One of the innovative features of the app is a seamless transition from portrait to landscape and vice versa.
Creators of Quibi are veteran film head Jeffrey Katzenberg and tech executive Meg Whitman.
Quibi will have three forms of content: Movies in Chapters, Daily Essentials, and short unscripted series and documentaries.

The twist happens when a mysterious man offers him to play a 24-hour game for prize money - but Dodge can lose his life in the process.
"Chrissy's Court" will be headed by Chrissy Teigen. It is an unscripted series where Teigen as Judge Judy presides over real but small-claims cases.
50+ original shows will be available for a 90-day free trial, once the app is downloaded and have signed-up for its April 6 launch date. After the trial period, subscribers will be charged with estimated rates of $5 with ads and $8 without ads for a month.
