Miley Cyrus took the extra mile over the weekend by thanking front liners in the health industry. The singer, with her boyfriend Cody Simpson, delivered 120 tacos to health workers at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, California. Simpson posted a video and several photos of their charity work on his Instagram. He wrote, "So grateful for these true legends of our time dedicating their lives to battling this pandemic." He called the health care workers as "incredible." He encouraged his followers to do their part by showing love to those who need it in their communities. On the photo, the two singers were seen with a cart and taco takeout bags on top, complete with non-surgical masks and latex gloves on. Each taco bag was handwritten with the words: "Thank you for your support and love. Stay strong!!!" Cyrus was seen to be wearing pants from the brand Lou Dallas "Savage Capitalism," which has a political message on it. Raffaella Hanley is the label's designer and is known for her environment-friendly initiatives. Much of her clothing line is produced from repurposed and upcycled apparel. The couple was seen earlier that day fulfilling their grocery duties. They had been spending time together during the quarantine. Earlier this week, the Hannah Montana star buzzed the hair of Simpson at home. Cyrus, 27, and Simpson, 23, have been dating for half a year. The two have been friends since their teen years. The Australian singer-actor, who settled in LA with his family, is known for his lead role as Dmitri in the Broadway musical, "Anastasia." He was on the show from November 2018 until April 2019. On April 1, her Aussie beau posted on IG stories a heartwarming love message for Miley to mark their sixth month anniversary. Simpson was supposed to release his new book, "Prince Neptune: Poetry & Prose," with a tour. The plans have been shelved because of the government's lockdown directive. The actor has instead asked his fans to participate in a virtual booking signing later at 3 pm ET.
