Music producer Young Chop or Tyree Pittman was arrested due to a probation violation in Georgia.
Sources say he violated the probation on a misdemeanor animal neglect charge. Young Chop was a native of Chicago but lives in Atlanta metro area. He was arrested last Thursday, April 16.
Young Chop was placed on probation after he was charged with animal neglect after he was accused of starving a dog resulting in his pet's death last February 26.
Other Problems
According to Gwinnett County Police, Young Chop was also arrested on April 6 due to reckless conduct after filming himself looking for rapper 21 Savage amid a stay-at-home order. He was released the same day.
Young Chop was also accused of firing a gun into the street near his home. It was documented on Instagram.
He is also making headlines recently, provoking and trolling other rappers according to Complex. Most of his targets aside from 21 Savage were Meek Mill, Drake, French Montana, Jeezy, and others. Billboard reported that Young Chop released his diss track "You Know What We Do," which aim at the rappers he target. His track coincided with his new projects; Chop Is King and The Intro X Young Godfather. Because of this, rapper French Montana posted on his tweet about Young Chop's mental stability, and he asked the producer to seek professional help.
About Young Chop
According to All Music and People Pill, Young Cop was born on November 14, 1993, in Chicago and grew up on the city's South Side. He became interested in rap music when he was 11 years old, and he made his first beat. He produced many songs with his childhood friend Chief Keef and he was a part of the production team named BandKamp. In 2013, he released his first album Precious which showed his talent in rhymes and production. He also continued to expand his production as he worked for producing singles for Soulja Boy, Rick Ross, Juicy J, and others.

Young Chop made 16 releases in his career as a producer. He has six albums titled Precious, Still, Fat Gang Or No Gang, Finally Rich Too, King Chop, and Coppotelli. He also made much successful music production in its names like 12 singles created for Chief Keef and 10 for Lil Reese in 2012, making productions for big names including DJ Khaled and Wiz Khalifa in 2013, and many works with rapper Lil Durk from 2014 to 2016.

Other rappers who are detained due to violations big or small would include 2Chainz, who was arrested after he made a standoff with police in Oklahoma City for obstruction of justice after local authorities pulled his tour bus over a broken tail light.
Tekashi 6ix9ine was detained due to racketeering charges and other cases like assault and harassment. He was released due to his health problems due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Other rappers who were detained were Kodak Black, R Kelly, Akon, XXXTenacion, Suge Knight, Wiz Khalifa, and Lil Wayne.
