Justin Bieber will be suing two social media users for defamation. This comes in response after being accused of sexual assault, claiming that his team has "indisputable" evidence.
Entertainment news outlet TMZ reported the news Thursday, June 25. It stated that Justin Bieber is suing the two female accusers. While the actual names are withheld, they are going by Danielle and Kadi on social media. The Canadian superstar is taking legal action after "factually impossible" allegations that he sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015.
The legal documents reportedly obtained by TMZ claim that the singer-songwriter's camp has "indisputable documentary evidence." It builds Bieber's case against the allegations described as an attention-seeking scheme. He is going for more than $10 million in damages for each charge.

Justin Bieber On "Danielle": "I never stayed at the four seasons on the 9th or the 10th"
The earlier case took place on March 9, 2014. Danielle accuses Bieber of sexually assaulting her in a Four Seasons Hotel Room. Supposedly, this was after the South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas. Bieber's camp details his alibi. First, they confirmed that he did make a surprise appearance at the 2014 SXSW. However, he did not stay at the said hotel. Justin Bieber and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez left together. After the surprise performance, they stayed at a nearby Airbnb.

Bieber also posted his side of the story on the 2014 sexual assault allegation on Twitter. "I don't normally address things as I have dealt with random accusations my entire career," Biebs wrote. He continued that "after talking with my wife and team I have decided to speak up on an issue tonight."
He also named Selena Gomez in his tweets. He said they were together while explaining how the allegation against him was impossible. His posts ranged from hotel receipts to an apparently misconstrued tweet used to pin him.
In one of the tweets, Biebs claimed that he has confirmed with the Four Seasons hotel's regional manager that he was "never on property." He even welcomed the press to make their inquiries with the hotel.
"Every claim of sexual abuse should be taken very seriously and this is why my response was needed," Biebs wrote. He claimed that this "is factually impossible." The "Yummy" singer cited that he'll be working with Twitter and the authorities.
A 2015 Allegation on New York's Langham
His other sexual assault charge was from Kadi. It supposedly took place on May 5, 2015. Kadi claims that Bieber sexually assaulted her at NYC's Langham Hotel. The allegation said that it happened at around 2:30 in the morning. Biebs called her social media post "an elaborate hoax."
According to TMZ, Bieber calls Kadi a "superfan who waits outside hotels for him." He added that she "is desperate to meet him and desperate for fame." Moreover, he claims to have never met his accuser. Kadi has also supposedly admitted never meeting Bieber. His camp cites her tweets past the date of the allegation.
The documents from Bieber's team also explains the artist's alibi for the 2015 allegation. It claims that Kadi made up the story upon knowing that Biebs was on the 2015 Met Gala. Bieber did attend the event but argued that he went to a private after-party event soon after the ball. He was there until 4 AM.
His lawsuit also claims that the two social media accounts that posted the allegations might be from the same person. These might also be part of a coordinated effort to ruin his reputation.
