West hired a team to work for his race Kanye West is not kidding about running as president as he hired election strategist Steve Kramer and a team of 180 people who worked on the ground in Florida.
The rapper needed to get 132,781 signatures by July 15 to get on the swing state ticket. Ye also started to get his name on the ballot last week as a third-party candidate to challenge President Donald Trump and rival Joe Biden.
Steve Kramer told Intelligencer that they had overwhelming support to get West on the ballot. He added that it's up to the people whether to vote for West or not. However, the staff was told to stop their effort on the same day Kanye tweeted a now-deleted photo of him registering in Wyoming.
