Blackstock's response, filed by the powerhouse celebrity attorney Samantha Spector, listed the same TBD for the date of separation. According to The Blast, Brandon believes that he and Clarkson should share physical and legal custody of their kids.
With regards to the support of Brandon, it appears that he and Kelly will work out the issue together as Brandon didn't check the box to terminate support. Rather, he checked the box "other" and listed "reserved."
