Britney Spears shocked the entire world when she talked about the alleged abuse she's been getting from her conservatorship.

One of the things she confessed to a judge almost two weeks ago was claiming she wanted to marry her boyfriend but is being blocked by the conservatorship.

However, there seems to something wrong with her statement, according to sources who spoke to TMZ.

Those with direct knowledge of Britney Spears' conservatorship revealed that despite the pop star wanting to marry her boyfriend of over four years, Sam Asghari hasn't proposed to her just yet.

They have talked about their future, but the backup dancer hasn't made a move or attempted to pop the question to the "Baby One More Time" singer.

After Britney's bombshell testimony in court, she and Sam went to Maui for a romantic getaway, with fans speculating that their trip could end with an engagement.

However, TMZ's sources said that Sam didn't propose and that the couple has already come back home to Los Angeles.

The outlet also broke the story that both her dad, Jamie Spears, and her conservator, Jodi Montgomery, say that there are no restrictions on Britney wanting to marry or have kids, despite the "Lucky" singer's contrary claims.

However, one fact remains true-and that is, conservators have no legal authority to block people under a conservatorship from marrying or even having a baby.

Did Britney Spears Lie on Her Court Testimony?

With Britney Spears' conservatorship hearing happening soon, it was revealed that people on her conservatorship would debunk some of the claims she made two weeks ago.

One of the things that are expected to be disputed in court is when she claimed she was forced to go on her 2018 European tour concert called "Piece of Me."

The "Womanizer" singer claimed she was forced to do the tour after threatening and scared her.

But insiders who know what's going on in Britney's conservatorship revealed she's telling a different story.

According to them, Britney wanted to do something for the rest of 2018 after her 2017 Las Vegas Residency was about to end.

But then her management suggested she would go on a European tour, with the mom-of-two even "literally begging" that she be allowed to go.

"She was very excited about it and called repeatedly to ask to have it confirmed," the insider revealed and even expressed how she's very excited about the journey.

This and other Britney Spears' claims will be debunked in court on the next hearing, which will, in turn, be a he-said, she-said situation.
