Following in the footsteps of MercyMe, who took to the street of Huntsville, Alabama last year to film a music video, the Jason Eaton Band brought a party to the village of Holly, Michigan with plenty of cameras.

The band, which hails from Flint, Michigan (less than 20 miles away) was looking for a place with plenty of small-town charm for their new video for "Satellites-Jake Niemi Radio Remix." Holly, with a population of a little over 6000, was perfect. "Holly has that small town, quaint, welcoming look and homey feel the directors were looking for," shared Jason.

The community was invited to participate and Village Manager Jerry Walker got local merchants involved as well as the police and fire departments.

The Tri-County Times reported that some of the local businesses had a drop in their normal Saturday business due to the disruption, but they all felt like the exposure was well worth it.

The video was expected to be released by July 31, 2014 but so far, there is nothing out but the Anime video they released in May (and you can check out below).
