The Los Angeles Superior Court sided with the Rapper saying the case was founded on "delusional figments" of the complainant's imagination.
At long last, Drake sealed another victory in the bag by winning a legal battle against a woman who claims to have been defamed by the rapper.
Mesha Collins, the complainant, filed a defamation case against Aubrey Drake Graham, known more popularly as Drake, over the summer.
Drake's attorney, Larry Stein, revealed to sources that Collins was the same person who was arrested last 2017 for trespassing on the hip hop icon's property in Los Angeles.
The complainant claims that Drake had her by sharing her private information on Instagram, as the rapper "allegedly" revealed his address and name.
Judge Virginia Keeney of the Los Angeles Superior Court, however, ruled in favor of the superstar, stating that the case is built on Collin's "imagination".
Stein added that Drake hadn't known Collins until he was served with the lawsuit.
Judge Keeney dismissed the case because Collins cannot prove that Drake's posts connects to her in any way. Although if Collins can prove otherwise, it won't have any effect as she cannot establish that Drake's statement were a "private fact that is offensive and objectionable to the reasonable person."

Collin's "thirsty" arrest in 2017
Mesha Collins, the woman in question, is no stranger to Drake's camp, except to the Canadian superstar himself.
Collins broke in on the OVO rapper's house in Los Angeles last 2017. One of Drake's crew found her red-handed with unopend sodas and water containers in the former's bedroom after raiding the rapper's fridge.
However, Drake, who was not in the property at that time, decided not to press any further charges against Collins. He believed that she might have been dealing with some "personal issues" and he doesn't want to prosecute someone at a time where no one even got hurt.
In one of his court appearances, Drake stated that he have "never met" nor communicated with Colins. He wasn't provided with his camp any identification, or any pertinent information about the woman.
He also highlighted that he didn't know about Collins, until after the defamation lawsuit was served to him. Ergo, how can he get information about her to post on his Instagram account?
Mesha, still, was arrested in 2017 over Home Intrusion charges with "intent to steal the victim's property", in which she posted a $100,000 bail.
