'We Need A Breakup Album' Fans React to Dua Lipa And Anwar Hadid BREAKUP

Following her sister's breakup Gigi with One Direction Star Zayn Malik, Anwar Hadid and Dua Lipa became the next casualty of the break-up train.

Sources confirm that powerhouse couple Popstar Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid break up right before the holidays.

The two "are no longer dating," the insider reveals, as the two haven't been seen since early November 2021.

The Anwar and Dua Relationship

The two have been linked up last 2019 after the popstar was seen at the 20th Birthday of Anwar. The two became publicly in October of the same year when they're spotted in New York City on multiple occasions.

In an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the Grammy Award-Winning Singer revealed that she had slipped into Anwar's Direct Messages (DMs) before they even began dating.

Lipa revealed that they "actually met at a BBQ, but the conversation moved on to DMs after that".

The "Levitating" hit-maker was very expressive of their romance on social media. She posted a series of snaps of her and Anwar during their trip to NYC last September.

However, Anwar wasn't the only member of the Hadid household who had breakups this year. Her eldest sister, Gigi Hadid has reportedly broken up with former One Direction member Zayn Malik, with issues surrounding Yolanda Hadid, the Hadid matriarch.

Anwar's other sister, Bella also broke up with The Weeknd, who's also a music headliner, five years ago.

Fans react to the sudden split

After the news broke online, fans are quick to respond on what happened.

One fan thinks that Yolanda Hadid, is the one to blame for what happened. The matriarch recently got involved on Gigi and Zayn's breakup because the latter had allegedly struck her.

Another fan tweeted asking when Dua, The Weeknd, and Zayn's collaboration music would be released, following that they are all former partners of the Hadid household.

Some users are even celebrating Dua's split with Anwar, saying that she can now get COVID-19 vaccinated, stemming from his ex-boyfriend's anti-vac remarks last year.

Fans are looking forward for another banger album from Dua Lipa, after her release of the Grammy Award-winning Best Pop Vocal Album "Future Nostalgia" on March 2020.

A lot of them are speculating if the next album that the popstar will release be a break-up album following this split.
