Taylor Swift is in the holiday spirits as she sends media producers and journalists personalized Christmas gifts.
One fan account dedicated to the "All Too Well" singer posted the news earlier this month on December 16 over on Twitter. The tweet was captioned, "Media have started to receive their annual Christmas present from Taylor Swift- this year it is the 'willow' snow globe with a #RedTaylorsVersion card."
It seems like the Grammy award-winning artist has been doing this tradition of sending out little trinkets inspired by her songs to individuals in the media industry every year during Christmas time.
Taylor Swift's Christmas Tradition
The message in the said greeting card was also in line with Swift's recent re-recorded Red album as it used the lyrics of her song "22". "I don't know about you, but I'm feeling (20)22! Wishing you happy holidays and a wonderful new year ahead. Love, Taylor," the card stated.
Tiffany Taylor uploaded the original pictures under the username @_tiffanytaylor, who had tweeted, "What a wonderful Christmas gift. Thank you, @taylorswift13."
Taylor is a host and producer for the publication The Hollywood Reporter and a journalist alumnus from the University of Southern California.
Taylor Swift's Gift Upset Fans
Many Swifties saw the posts and immediately voiced their concerns for their own Red Album merchandise that had yet to arrive at their homes despite ordering days ago.
"Why do they get some sh-t from her but we waited 4 days and got nothing," one netizen said while another tweeted, "Media receiving presents from Taylor faster than fans who ordered merch months ago."
Some are even tweeting out their complaints, saying that Taylor Swift should be sending her fans packages instead. Like this one person who said, "I get why Taylor gives merch to the media but like she should also give merch to fans because many of us can't afford it and many media people can."
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift probably spends her holidays with her actor boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. Elle Magazine reported that the singer actively showed her love for her beau on social media.
The article mentioned that Swift immediately liked the carousel post Alwyn updated recently. It included a simple photo of him on the set of his new film "The Stars at Noon" with his arm around director Claire Denis, a picture of him posing on top of a car with a "Princess" license plate, and a snapshot of fruits and a clapboard.
According to the article, this online interaction proved that the couple is "on good terms" and strong this holiday season.
