Despite being married for 15 years, Keith Urban is envious of Nicole Kidman's co-star.
According to the National Enquirer, the country singer understands his Hollywood star wife's profession as an actor, but he doesn't get her touchy-feely attitude with some of her male co-stars.
Keith's anger is boiling, according to a source, at Nicole's proximity to "Being the Ricardos" co-star Javier Bardem and their rumored explosive chemistry.
The "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer is said to be surprised since Javier and the "Bombshell" actress seem to complete one other's sentences after only a few months of working together.
"Javier can make Nicole laugh like no one else," an insider remarked.
Keith Urban, in fact, is said to feel like the odd man out in his marriage.
"After they teamed up to portray the 'I Love Lucy' legends in the new film, Keith seemed to be feeling like the third wheel, and the country singer was boiling about another man making the gorgeous redhead so ecstatic."
The insider emphasized, however, that Javier and Nicole are merely friends and co-stars who hit it off right away, and that Nicole's husband shouldn't be concerned.
Unfortunately, the Australian-American artist was unable to manage his emotions at times since he is said to have a short fuse and has previously fought with addiction.
Nicole Kidman took advantage of the opportunity to publicly compliment her husband in order to make him feel better.
"Nicole tried to calm Keith's ruffled feathers when she publicly praised him at the New York premiere of 'Being the Ricardos,' calling him a terrific partner," the source added. Nicole has made it plain that he doesn't need to be concerned."
"Now is the time for him to quit pouting."

Keith Urban's Jealousy Isn't All It's Cracked Up To Be
The story from the National Enquirer should be taken with a grain of salt. Keith Urban does not appear to distrust his wife Nicole Kidman or to be envious of her friendship with Javier Bardem.
They've been married for 15 years and there's no sign that they've had any problems.
Javier Bardem has been married to Penelope Cruz, an actress, since 2010, after meeting on the production of "Vicky Cristina Barcelona."
They have two kids, Leo, 10, and Luna, 8.
Meanwhile, Keith and Nicole share Sunday Rose, 13, and Faith Margaret, 11.
