All donning black clothes, the 29-year old singer poses with two middle fingers up in the air with seven more people in the background, including controversial manager Scooter Braun.
The "funeral" for their pop music came into light as she teased her upcoming album, now going fully Rock this time.
On their Instagram Story, the Sorry Not Sorry hitmaker provided further insight, with one of the label's execs stating, "You put out whatever music you want, whenever you want to. Break the rules."
Demi immediately screamed in excitement upon hearing the news, and she proceeded to reveal two excerpts of a new rock song in the following footage.
Sharing the new rock track, Lovato sang: "Yeah you're pushing me to the edge/Prod me, lie to me, ungodly things have been sent. Here are your tickets to the freak show baby, sci-fi, watch the freak go crazy."
Straying away from their previous pop princess look and demeanor, they recently changed into a new one that prompted after her coming out as Non-Binary in May last year.

Demi sported a buzzcut since December, and a spider tattoo and industrial ear piercing were added in the new year to complete the look.
It is presently unknown what the song is called or when it will be released.
Still, the star has an entirely unrelated collaboration with the Winnetka Bowling League band "FIIMY" (F- It, I Miss You) that will be released on February 4, 2022.
Their documentary series
Lovato released their seventh studio album, "Dancing with the Devil... the Art of Starting Over", in April 2021.
The album had an edgy pop vibe and was their first release in four years.
