Interscope Records announced a new museum exhibit, "Artists Inspired by Music: Interscope Reimagined", to commemorate the label's 30th-anniversary last week.

The exhibit will feature original works of visual art inspired by some of the label's most iconic artists and music from the label's catalog.

Now, the artwork is being made available for purchase in the form of limited-edition vinyl records, which will be released in restricted quantities.

For a limited time, starting on January 27, a total of 57 iconic Interscope albums, each carrying one of the original artworks, will be available for purchase in groups of 100 on the live stream buying app NTWRK.

On the other hand, deep funds are required: the LPs, shipped in a handmade Gucci box, are priced at $2,500 apiece.

Each of the albums will have a numbered archival grade giclee printed cover are scheduled to be released in groups each day beginning on January 27, 2022, and continuing through January 31, 2022.

Both Interscope and NTWRK have pledged to contribute 100 percent of the project's net proceeds to the Iovine and Young Foundation, which is constructing a school in South Los Angeles, as part of their commitment to the cause.

Interscope's 30th Anniversary

Interscope Geffen A&M CVice Chairman Stever Berman said in a statement that launching limited-edition vinyl records to honor both our recording artists and the extraordinary visual artists would be a "great way" for the celebration to live on for years.

Berman also added that NTWRK is the "perfect retail partner" to celebrate the legacy of the artists who worked with the label as they specialize in "highly curated cultural artifacts from art and music".

NTWRK CEO Aaron Levent added that they are "honored" to work with the label's 30th Anniversary as they are also raising money for a great cause.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) will host the Interscope's 30th Anniversary Museum from January 30 to February 13, 2022.
