Isaac Wood, the lead vocalist of the band, announced his exit from the band through social media.
Set to release on February 4, 2022, Black Country, New Road will be dropping their anticipated second studio album "Ants From Up There".
But before the album hits the store, Black Country, New Road disclosed two big announcements that might change the band entirely.
In a tweet posted on their official Twitter Account, Black Country, New Road's lead vocalist, and guitarist Isaac Wood penned a lengthy post announcing his exit from the English rock band.

Since the band's inception in 2018, Isaac Wood has been with bassist Tyler Hyde, saxophonist Lewis Evans, violinist Georgia Ellery, keyboardist May Kershaw, drummer Charlie Wayne, and guitarist Luke Mark.
In a statement posted earlier, Wood announced what seemed to be an already impending exit to the band because of mental health struggles.
According to Wood, he has "tried to make this not true" but the "sad and afraid feeling" makes it hard for him to play the guitar and sing at the same time".
"Feeling not so great", Wood "won't be a member of the group anymore".
Isaac further clarified that it is not because of his bandmates, which he described as "six of the greatest people" he knows, who are "wonderful in a sparkling way".
"It has been a great pleasure and I would like to say the words 'Thank You' to everyone.", he ended.

Canceled tours and shows
Because Wood is leaving, the band has made some crucial adjustments on their upcoming tours.
On the same statement, the band also announced the cancellation of their Roadhouse show next week, their United Staes Tour, and April tours.
Apologizing to because of the cancellation of tours, Black Country, New Road still thanked their fans for being "so patient", hoping at the same time that they enjoy their new album "Ants From Up There".

After releasing their debut album around this time last year, "For the First Time" peaked the UK Albums Chart at No. 4 on its debut week.
Within the same year, the band announced the release of their second album, Black Country,New Road's live engineer Sergio Maschetzko recorded and produced "Ants From Up There".
Bassist Tyler Hyde said they "were just so hyped the whole time" they were doing the album, describing the new feat as "the best thing that I'm ever part of" for the rest of his life.
Now exited band vocalist then described the album's first single "Chaos Space Marine" as "the best song we have ever written", in which they have also been performing live recently before his departure.
