After numerous bands have uprooted their concert commitments in Russia and Ukraine, many artists have followed suit, either to take a stand with the latter or simply for the sake of safety in the middle of the war.
The list grows exponentially as more and more artists have pulled out their performances in the two countries.
Louis Tomlinson
First to ax on this new list is former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson.
The 30-year old singer was slated to perform in both countries.
He was initially scheduled to play at the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, on July 4, 2022. Kyiv was recently bombed yesterday, wiping out a TV tower and five people.
After a supposed show in Kyiv, Tomlinson heads to Moscow two days later.
Louis took to Twitter to announce the news that he was standing by the people of Ukraine as he was putting the show on hold "until further notice."
"The safety of my fans is my main priority and my thoughts go out to the people of Ukraine and all those suffering from this needless war," he wrote.
The "Don't Let It Break Your Heart" singer also paused the sales of his tickets, as seen on his official website.
Louis Tomlinson's "Just Hold On" tour kicked off on March 9, 2020, in Barcelona, then initially pushed back because of the pandemic, but is expected to conclude on September 3 this year in Milan.

The Killers
Aside from Louis Tomlinson, American rock band The Killers have also nixed their Russian appearance at Russia's supposedly Park Live Festival.
The Park Live Festival in Moscow is supposed to gather the biggest names in rock with Sum 41, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Deftones, Gorrilaz, Iggy Pop, Slipknot, Five Finger Death Punch, and Limp Bizkit.
Running for three weekends in June and July, The Killers was supposed to perform on the festival's penultimate day on July 16, 2022.
The Indie-rock band has confirmed to TMZ that the band will no longer be playing at the said festival. The band's decision came on the heels of Russia's decision to continue hostile attacks on Ukraine.
Russia was also banned from this year's Eurovision Song Contest as a sanction of the country's hostility.
Green Day was one of the many bands that have withdrawn their concert commitments on Russia as a symbol of standing up with Ukraine.
